In this straight-to-DVD movie, which follows 2004's A Cinderella Story, the orphaned dancer's daughter (played by Selena Gomez) lives with her wicked stepmother Dominique (Jane Lynch), a past-her-prime pop star who treats her like a personal assistant.
And, of course, there are two rotten step-sisters.
Andrew Seeley, who did Zac Efron's singing in the first High School Musical movie (not that Zac wanted him to!)

On the negative side, you'll probably have seen this kind of thing a zillion times before. So expect the usual 'follow your dreams' blah-de-blah and to be able to guess exactly what'll happen!
Also, the age difference between Selena (she's 16) and her lurrrve interest Andrew Seeley (he's 26) might make some of you go "Euuurp!"
Overall, though the frantic plot sometimes seems a bit messy, Another Cinderella Story works hard to entertain you, and lots of you are likely to enjoy its lively mix of fantasy, drama, song and dance!

Selena signed a record deal with Hollywood Records in 2008 and should have an album of "fun dance music" out in 2009. Gasp - we were expecting a death metal opus!

I found this movie quite good but not as great as the first movie with hottie Chad Micheal Murray! But Selena is a really good dancer. She reminds me of my best friend who can dance like that AND her name is Selina - she is really good and entered a dance compatition and came second! Love her to bits!

I thought it was the same as the first movie staring Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murray - it's a bit boring and it repeats itself a bit. It would be good if it had singing in it instead of dancing. That way it wouldn't be the same as the first movie. I love that it has Selena Gomez in it, because she is getting her career going more. I think it should have Zac Efron in it instead of Andrew Seeley, otherwise it's OK. I wouldn't buy it but I would watch it again if i had to. From Amy age 12 in Norfolk, UK.
